Working hours : Monday - Friday, 8.15am - 5.30pm
- Support in full spectrum of human resource & administrative duties for HR & Admin Department
- Perform recruitment and selection process including posting of jobs, screening of candidates, coordination of interview etc.
- Handle payroll and salary related administration
- Perform benefits administration for medical, insurance related claims
- Administer training and development programmes such as applying for training grants, liaising with government agencies etc.
- Handle other admin duties as assigned
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource/ Admin
- Minimum 3 years of HR/ Admin experience
- High level of integrity with positive work attitude
- Comfortable with handling data / operational / administration work
- Possess initiative, good communication & interpersonal skill
- Able to commence immediately / within short notice
