Responsibility
- Full-spectrum of local recruitments
- Full-spectrum of onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in annual performance appraisal exercise, annual increment, and bonuses
- Administer and verify all employees data
- Handle and coordinate training applications
- Verifying all medical and dental claims (including submitting claims for GHS insurance)
- Assist in preparation of statutory board report
- Other Adhoc duties arrange by the supervisor
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Business/HRM or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences
