Responsibilities
- Supervise and provide training for maintenance technician
- Coordinate with production personnel on breakdown maintenance
- Assign and approve work order request for maintenance technicians
- Monitor and ensure work order detail are input correctly including use of spare parts
- Liaise with production on downtime and record in CMMS
- Perform preventive maintenance work as assigned
- Offline servicing for equipment as assigned
- Diagnose, correct and analyze equipment failure for major breakdown
- Participate in coordination of project
- Issue permit for in-house high-risk activity
Requirements
- NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics or Electrical or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- At least 2 years of working experience in E&I field
- Experiences in electromechanical control and PLC are preferred
- Able to work on 3 rotating shifts (0700 - 1500, 1500 - 2300, 2300 - 0700
Note: Work environment in the plant has strong smell and may be dusty
