Responsibility

• Providing support to sales people on the daily sales-operations tasks
• preparing and raising contracts, , raising invoice requests
• logging in sales and production details in our in-house system
• ensuring platform is booked timely and accurately
• ensuring production timelines are met with the schedule
• interdepartmental liaison for smooth operation progress 

Requirements

• At least 1 year of working experience in providing administrative and coordination support function
• Minimum GCE 'O' level
• Experience in multimedia/advertising idnsutry will be an added advantage
