Responsibilities
- Verification of client’s instructions
- Ensure co-ordination and timely delivery of client’s instructions/documents between two processing locations (SG and HK)
- Serves as the point of contact for the Front Office on operational queries
- Assist on Account Closure Process
Requirements
- Degree holder, with min. 5 years of banking experience, preferably back office (client documentation)
- Knowledge of account documentation and MS Office, Macros and Visual Basic knowledge is be an advantage
