Responsibilities:

• Manage all day-to-day accounting and finance transactions such as posting invoices, making payments, billing customers, collecting outstanding for SG operations
• Ensure timely entries in the ERP system
• Implement and monitor compliance guidelines
• Prepare cash flow, cost and revenue forecasts together with operations 
• Prepare annual budget
• Coordinate and perform the monthly closing process
• Be a business partner for sales & operations to improve profitability
• Manage company payroll and all HR related matters
• Generate and analyse monthly business reports
• Support Asia Head of Finance in preparing reports and presentations 
• Liaise with auditors and authorities

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with 5 years of experience as an Accountant preferably from the shipping or Logistics firm
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritise with minimal supervision
• Comfortable to work in a small-size company with different nationalities.
• Flexible, adaptable person with good social skills, a business partnering attitude, the willingness to take on all administrative tasks and the capacity to grow with the organization
• Immediate available/ Short notice preferred
