  • In charge of all office administration related matters
  • Processing order including vendor’s invoice in SAP system for approving and payment process
  • Maintain and manage vendors’ contracts
  • Assist in insurance renewal and coverage for company vehicles and group insurance and Handle insurance claims as and when require
  • Lead the welfare committee to organise various company events
  • support in HR duties including recruitment, orientation, coordination of all training and educational activities.
  • Assist in recruitment process and conduct new staff orientation
  • Monitor staff claims and leave applications
  • Update and maintain staff records
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned as and when required


  • Minimum GCE "O" Level
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support, Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
