• Our Client is a well-established Japanese MNC in FMCG.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Industrial business team and members.
• Increase market share and meeting sales and profit targets of Industrial business.
• Plan and execute action plans & strategies towards achieving annual sales target of Industrial business.
• Develop new market and strengthen customer base.
• To ensure prompt payment collections.
• Manage members to service and manage key accounts by conducting sales visits and products presentation.
• Work closely with Sales Admin team to co-ordinate on delivery schedule.
• Perform competitive analysis and develop sales proposal.
• Manage stock inventory to ensure sufficient supplies to customers.
• Collect business information from customers/market.
• Work closely with Company's Affiliates and External Suppliers to provide products technical information in order to offer solution to customers’ requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Science or Food Technologist.
• At least 5 years of related Sales experiences in Food sector and/or Industrial flavorings for Manufacturing use.
• Highly motivated with initiatives to achieve assigned tasks and company objectives.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-oriented.

Other Information:

• Working Location: West.
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
• Critical: Due to the organization's affirmed support and commitment to developing a Singaporean core, this role is only available to Singaporeans.
