Responsible
•    Provide high standards of service to our customers in our 24-hr Contact Centre 
•    Handle general enquiries
•    appointment administration 
•    other hotline administrative functions 

Requirements
•    Minimum ITE level
•    1 year of working experience in Call Center environment will be an advantage
•    Willing to work rotating shift
