Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with professional advice on product, service related quiries, complaints and feedbacks
- Work closely with the commercial team as a Lens expert providing advise to eye care practitioners and internal colleagues
- Provide advise or recommendation to customers (Eye Care Professionals (ECP) or end-consumers) regarding products or services enquiries via phone, whatsapp or email, Facebook messenger and/or other communication channels
- Provide troubleshooting support over the phone or occasionally on-site support
- Handle incoming calls or inquiries from prospective or existing customers
- Assist customer effectively by resolving disputes or complaints
- Resolve customer and/or consumers’ queries or complaints via phone, email or any other platforms
- Support order entry that are placed via phone, whatsapp or email
- Assist customer in checking of job status and update / follow-up accordingly
- Support the marketing and professional affairs team on administrative tasks required for campaigns
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Optometry or Opticianry certification
- At least 3 years of optical retail or related work experience
- Worked in office but lisise closely with Retail and Shops and internal stakeholders
- Mondays to Sundays : 10am to 7pm / 11am to 8pm
- 2 Off Days in a week : 1 weekday and 1 weekend (weekend is work from home)
