Responsibilities

• Provide EHS support and advisory services on safety hazards and make recommendations on safety control measures
• Ensure compliance to regulatory and corporate EHS policy and requirements by conducting regular EHS inspections and internal audits and reviewing risk assessment in operations process and procedure to achieve zero incidents
• Lead incident investigations and address the control measures and ensure that incident reports are made and communicated in a timely manner
• Ensure EHS management system is in compliance to ISO 18001 and ISO 14001 and is executed in an effective and timely manner
• Develop EHS training programs to educate employees on safety awareness on a monthly basis.
• Organize EHS activities to promote safety such as Hazards reporting on a monthly basis and complete at least one innovation project in a year
• Compile monthly EHS reports and presentation Slides for management reporting
• Manager worker disciplinary issues
• Conduct inspection at workers' dormitory

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering or safety related fields
• MOM Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience as a Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer is required
• Possess good interpersonal communication and technical report writing skills.
