Responsibility

• Assisting Sales team on Customer Service on order processing and shipping.
• Provide customer service on product enquries, quotation, etc.
• Shipment coordination and status update to customer 
• Liaison with finance department for billing matters.

Requirements

• GCE "O" Level
• 1 year(s) of working experience in customer service/ sales support will be and advantage.
• Experience in Navision will be an added advantage
• understanding in pivot table/ v-lookup.
