Responsible

• Performs goods receipt of inventory and spares
• Prepares SCAR report to Purchasing
• Coordinates and maintains records for Shipment Fumigation, Surveys etc
• Coordinate on goods release from 3PL warehouse
• Coordinate with the external 3PL and inter-departments for smooth operations in warehouse
• Preparation of necessary documents for all Local & Malaysia Deliveries
• Documentations preparation (Print Picklist, Picklist confirmation, VGM, Shipping Information)

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification or Nitec/Diploma preferably in Logistics / Supply Chain
• At least 1 year of related working experience in Warehouse or Logistics Coordinator job function
