Job Summary:
- Define and implement sales strategies to grow the Pharmacy Automation (PA) and Transport Automation business in Asia Pacific (APAC).
- Implement accurate forecasting, consistent sales funnel management and channel management for products that are sold via distributors.
- Position the company as technology and thought-leader in medication management in the APAC region; establish strong connections to key opinion and thought leaders in the region.
- Implement Key Account Management to support the growth of our business leveraging the installed base.
- Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary application / technical team and ensure correct budget estimate
- Attend local and international trade fairs
- Review sales performance by analyzing performance reports.
- Present status of sales efforts at the monthly Sales meetings
- Analyze customer needs and translate them into system requirements, concepts and solutions
Job Requirements
- Engineering Degree with strong commercial knowledge or Economics degree with strong technical knowledge.
- 10 years’ experience in Sales of capital-intensive goods with international working experience
- Experience in the automation industry, preferably in Pharmacy Automation System
- Deep understanding of automation system in healthcare industry
- Proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales personnel towards growth in enhanced sales volumes and enhanced revenue generation
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Willingness to work outside normal working hours
