• Our Client is a Public Healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

• Support Head of Department on long-term strategic planning for the Organization across sites, including Clinical Services Planning.
• Facilitate the formulation and approval of Departmental workplan. Administer the tracking of progress and results against the performance targets. 
• Support Head of Department on short-term strategic plans in order to achieve the longer-term goals and aspirations. 
• Consolidate annual budgets and ensure prompt submission to HQ.
• Track Capex utilisation and work with various stakeholder to achieve high utilisation.
• Perform data analysis and trending observations for possible areas for attention.
• Extract, collate and compile clinical and management information for the Department and Hospital.
• Business development.
• Service Level Agreement and contracts.
• Leadership retreat and Performance Management.
• Work closely with Corp. Finance and business finances.
• Manage external funds.
• Perform other assignments as delegated by Operations Manager and Head of Department.

Requirements:

• A recognised Degree in Mathematics, IT or Data Analytics.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Practical knowledge of Hospital operations, Medical systems/applications, Data analytics would be highly preferred.
• Possess good system and data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.

Other Information:

• Working Location: West.
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
• Critical: Due to the organization's affirmed support and commitment to developing a Singaporean core, this role is only available to Singaporeans.
