Responsibilities:
- Train business users to self-help using Business and work with internal stakeholders to operationalize this
- Timely and accurate generation and distribution reports business users
- Automate extraction & distribution of periodic reports
- Support data and information requests for data analysis, MIS, Internal and External Audit requests
- Collaborate with Geneva teams to transfer reporting knowhow and ensure functional back up capabilities
- Ensure reports inventory and reporting audit trail is always kept up to date
- Perform reporting to various bodies and provide trouble-shooting support for resolution and preventive measures
- Provide support on projects with operational impacts (i.e. from requirement gathering, user acceptance testing to post implementation support)
- Comply with compliance and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 10 years’ experience in private banking industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
- Knowledge of wealth management business, MIS, regulatory reporting for MAS & HKMA
- Able to manage senior internal stakeholders
- Strong Business Objects expertise along with reporting capabilities
- Knowledge of Avalog is an advantage
- Proactive and goal-oriented, with strong interpersonal, communication and influential skills
