Job Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Support:

• Support Sales and CPMs during Pre-Sales activities
• Provides Technical Info and Updates to CPMs and Sales
• Conducts feasibility studies together with product specialists and the engineering team
• Direct customer communication 
• Defines CM pricing

Customer project support:

• Coordination of Engineering tasks to meet project timeline and get machine acceptance
• Buy-Off Support
• Accrual definition
• Coordination of Installation & Training
• Escalation handling

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical- Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a complex Technical environment
• Experience within semiconductor backend industry
• Automation machine know-how, particularly on pick & place systems
• International project management experience highly desireable
• Very strong analytical skills & Excellent communication skills
• Flexible yet able to exert assertiveness where required
• Strong customer orientation, people relations and possesses good intercultural understanding
