GENERAL DESCRIPTION

ARM supports RM and Team Head on client service delivery.

He/she may be the first point of contact for the client, and must possess positive, professional impression. He/she will be responsible for processing of client instructions, handling of client enquiries, escalation where necessary, and also assist on administrative tasks

Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate execution of trades- securities, funds, bonds, MM / FX trades
• Handle and resolve client enquiries and provide quality service
• Assists RM in target achievement
• Identify business opportunities / cross sales
• Other admin and adhoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of ARM experience in Private Bank
• CACS Paper 1 and 2, preferably with CMFAS Modules 1B, 5, 6A, 8A certification
• Working knowledge of T24, Olympics and TEMOS and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as time management skills
• Diligent, accountable, meticulous but also flexible and sharp.
