Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible to lead and manage global teams of order processing, product specialist, planning personnel in the spares fulfillment team
- Ensure orders and quotations are processed in a timely and efficient manner within the guidelines and according the goals agreed (from registering the order until clearance of the invoice)
- Coach, grow and mentor the relevant personnel to achieve a level of competency required to carry out their duties effectively
- Succession planning to ensure continuity of the operations and management and
- Plan resources to meet operational and business requirement
- Plan activities to ensure meeting delivery commitment, relevant key performance indicators as agreed in the objective setting, and minimizing backlogs
- Measure and report on regular base KPI’s and address necessary corrections if there is deviation from target
- Upkeep and improve global spares’ cross functional skill, team cohesiveness, communication and cooperation
- Own and improve upon the global ‘fulfillment’ processes, tools and documentation in order to support the business needs and attaining business excellence
- Initiate, participate and contribute to any projects and other global improvement programs
- Make sure that all necessary information for the Parts management is in place before a product leaves company
- Owner SP Standards (Implementing SP standards in new products)
- Gate keeper of first definition of spares for new products
- Connecting link to BU - Operations
- Owner SP Run-in and Run-out
- Owner of SP Change Management
- Training of R&D in SP issues
- Provides input to other departments within the spares team to ensure adequate stock levels
- Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical or electrical engineering with 5 years of working experience in similar capacity
- Experience in SP-Documentation design
- Project Leader
- Work experience in in a technical field with additional administration degree.
- Conduction of global Teams
- Excellent ERP knowledge
- Experience in using CAD and PLM systems
- Process analysing skills
