• The successful candidate will be responsible for IT policies and procedures, IT audit matters and oversees vendor staffs who work onsite on our IT system such as server platform and network in Singapore.  He/she will work closely with stakeholders mainly from Japan Head Office, system development department, back-office and vendors.
• Drive the ITBAU tasks and continuous improvement of team and take ownership of procedure manuals. Delivers role with logical, forward thinking and organized thought process.
• Risk and Control, to provide timely escalation and resolution of major issues to Management and Head Office teams.
• Client and Stakeholder Engagement, to drive ITBAU tasks and coordinate with internal teams, partners/vendors and key stakeholders, and to collaborate and negotiate with Japan Head Office to drive IT BAU tasks.
• Respond to audit matters such as ABS OSPAR and internal security risk assessment and provide necessary materials in a timely manner
• Ensure that IT BAU task status and progress are communicated across to all stakeholders, colleagues and relevant parties in a meaningful manne
• Demonstrates clear understanding of ITIL Change, Problem and Incident management framework
• Work with and manage vendors to ensure IT BAU tasks are carried out according to schedule and budget and meeting quality standard.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science, Business IT or its equivalent with min. 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrate and apply good knowledge in IT technologies such as Microsoft products and services such as Microsoft 365, Windows Server,  Active Directory, VMware (vSphere), and backup, CISCO L2/L3 network and firewall.
• Knowledge on network such as firewall, DNS, DHCP, L2 switching, L3 routing.
• Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is added advantage
• Good literacy of IT security, Risk Management and Security Control.
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead and drive the ITBAU related tasks with good time and stakeholder management skills and experiences.
• Positive and proactive attitude to catch up latest technology trends about end user IT workplace.
• Proactively socialize with stakeholders and maintain good relationship to steer the tasks.
• Assertively and positively communicate with relevant stakeholders and manage relationship successfully.
• Bilingual in English and Japanese as this role needs to present and communicate with stakeholders in Japan Head Office who mainly communicate in Japanese.
