• Our Client is a well-established Manufactures of Plastic products.
• Ten (10) Months' Contract.

Responsibilities:

Credit Management 

• Perform due diligent check on customers and ensure compliance to applicable policies.
• Credit assessment and recommendations on requested customers limits.
• Maintain customers’ credit facilities, administer credit exposure and monitor required insurance coverage for customers credit facilities.
• Monitor and report any adverse news of customers.
• Prompt blocked orders release, per compliance to applicable policies. 

Collateral Management 

• Monitor exposure from collaterals, keep track of validity/expiry dates.
• Review finance related clauses of Letter of Credit issued by customers to identify confirmation/insurance needs, lias with banks/BU on LC confirmation related issues.
• Review drafts and formats of collaterals in accordance to template.

Accounts Receivables Management & Reports 

• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on timely payments, resolve past dues, highlight on any potential collection risk.
• Timely prepare of AR due list, monthly AR report, etc.
• Highlight collection issues to Manager, communicate to business the status of BU collection performance and credit related matters if applicable.

Ad-hoc duties

• Support ad-hoc activities/tasks/reports required/project/process improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Finance or Accounting. 
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Corporate Credit Control and/or Risk management.
• Well-versed in Trade Finance and financial statements analysis.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications.
• Attention to details.
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Good quantitative and analytical skills.

Other Information:

• Working Location: Jurong.
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
• Critical: Due to the organization's affirmed support and commitment to developing a Singaporean core, this role is only available to Singaporeans.
