Responsibility
- Corporate secretarial coordination
- contracts administration, including contract lifecycle system management, signing procedure, coordination duties, etc.
- organization of legal shared folders, processing invoices, onboarding of vendors, budget preparation and general administration support to the Legal Department.
- Document management and maintenance of standard agreements and templates
- Other adhoc responsibility
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in relavent field
- 2-3 years of working experience in corporate secretarial roles
- Experience in providing support in legal industry will be an added advantage
