- Our Client is a Public sector, in Education industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Public Sector Agencies as an engagement touchpoint representing Organization's learning programmes and offerings.
- Conduct preliminary Learning Needs Analyses and facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders to recommend learning interventions.
- Proactively identify potential collaborations for the Organization to partner and support Public Sector Agencies in their transformation and capability building priorities.
- Identify learning trends and needs by sensemaking the collective engagements and interactions with Agencies.
- Develop and execute a range of engagement initiatives that contribute towards an engaged learning and development community in the Singapore Public Service.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or relevant discpline.
- At least 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience in implementing partnership and engagement initiatives, Learning and Development and/or Consultancy projects.
- Candidates with Public Sector working experience would be highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of Learning and Development trends in adult learning pedagogies.
- Curious and forward looking mindset, with a general awareness of digital technologies as well as Data Analysis.
- Good interpersonal skills and is resourceful.
- Strong analytical, sensemaking and communication skills.
- Possess relentless drive to facilitate collaborations between internal teams and key stakeholders amidst competing priorities.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment, and can effectively manage multiple stakeholders’ priorities.
- Have strong collaborative skills and enjoy working in a pro-learning and fast-paced environment.
- Able to translate learning priorities articulated by external stakeholders into implementable learning products and offerings by the Organization.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and new challenges.
Other Information:
- Working Location: West.
- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
- Critical: Due to the organization's affirmed support and commitment to developing a Singaporean core, this role is only available to Singaporeans.
