Responsibilities:
The incumbent will provide the end-to-end support for Recruitment and Administrative support during onboarding, movement and exit process.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee’s Record
- Create, maintain and update employee’s record in P-files/HR system.
- Assist to monitor and track contract renewals and confirmation appraisals.
- Handle Leave Administration matter.
- Assist in processing of Work Passes such as application, renewal and cancellation.
- Assist to monitor and track contract renewals and confirmation appraisals.
- Prepare HR related letter.
- Attending to HR-related enquiries.
- Support Payroll administration.
General Administration
- Issuance and distribution of employee access card and temporary access card, insurance card, MOM card, name badge for new joiners.
- Assist in Work Pass application/renewal/cancellation for Foreign employees.
- Prepare employment related documentation (e.g. Certification of employment letter, offer contract, etc.).
- Assist in posting of new-hire photo in Intranet.
- Monthly update of new hires and resignee list to Insurer.
- Arrange hampers/baskets/wreaths to be sent for occasions.
- Ensure employees’ access cards are duly changed upon receiving PR status.
Generation of Reports
- Preparing data or information for Payroll processing, checking of claims, overtime calculations, etc.
- Liaise with employees and coordinate COVID-19 related matters (COVID-19 swab test, Vaccination, SHN accommodation).
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 3 years of HR Operations and Administrative support.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Meticulous and attention to details.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and independent.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline, under minimum supervision.
Other Information:
- Working Location: Toa Payoh.
- Working Hours: Mondays to Thursday, 8.30am to 5.30pm; Fridays, 8.30am to 5pm.
- Critical: Due to the organization's affirmed support and commitment to developing a Singaporean core, this role is only available to Singaporeans.
