Responsibilities & Duties:

• Performing basic front desk duties like attending to walk in customers, answering email, phone or appointments booking enquiries in a professional manner and up to customer's satisfaction.

• Handle all clients’ requests promptly and resolved customer's enquiries professionally.

• Ensure all interactions with customers are handled professionally with care and adhering to company’s policies and procedures, escalating cases where required.

• Record and update all communication with clients in the CRM system (Zenoti) in a timely and accurate manner.

• Equipped with sales, customer service and skincare knowledge to educate customers on Porcelains Products & Services

• Build rapport and establish good relationship with clients to ensure customer retention & loyalty

• Promote & up-sell products, services and package to maximize sales opportunities where possible

• Educate customers through effective communication to increase understanding of product offering and product sales.

• Investigating and solving customers’ problems, which may be complex and long-standing

• Handling Customers’ enquiries and complains in a timely manner

• Communicate and work closely with therapists to ensure maximum client satisfaction

• Follow up with clients on skin conditions, treatment progress and appointment scheduling

• Appointment booking and Scheduling for clients

• Liaising with internal departments to ensure client’s needs are fulfilled effectively

• Assist in training of new staff to deliver a high standard of customer service

• Report to Customer Success Manager on a weekly basis for new customer generation and service level report

• Face to Face Customer Interaction (Sales, Customer Service, Recommendation, Skincare Knowledge)

• Manage POS, payment terminals and day-to-day store opening and closing procedures.

• Maintain Outlet’s Tidiness and Cleanliness

• Perform reception and administrative duties as required


Job Requirements:

• At least a professional certification holder in any specialization

• At least 3 year of experience in related field / industry

• Proficient in English (both written/spoken)

• Well-groomed and presentable

• Digitally proficient in both social media platforms and MS Office Application (Words/Excel/PowerPoint)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
