Responsibility
- Create, maintain and update employee’s record in P-files/ HR system.
- Assist to monitor and track contract renewals and confirmation appraisals
- Handle Leave administration matter
- Assist in processing of work passes such as application, renewal and cancellation
- Assist to monitor and track contract renewals and confirmation appraisals.
- Prepare HR related letter
- Attending to HR-related enquiries
- Support payroll administration
Requirements
- Diploma in business adminisrtation/HR or relavenet field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in providing HR support.
