• Our Client is a well-established Manufacturing Firm.
• Reporting to: Head of Internal Account Management.
• Proficient in Power BI and MS Excel (Vlook-up, simple Macros) is required, and comfortable with a fair amount of manual data entry daily.
• Must have experience in ERP system.
• Flexible to take early morning or late evening call with Internal Business Units in California, USA or Germany.

Responsibilities:

• To lead the Delivery to delight the customer with on-time delivery and meeting their request to ramp or pull-in.
• Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors final approval of products through the complete production cycle. Works from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production loading, and capacity requirements. Coordinates production plans with buyer to ensure materials are provided according to schedules for the critical parts.
• Provides input to management; schedules and/or interfaces with Product Manager, Sales, Order Administration, Production and Engineering Managers; material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions. Oversees the master schedules and ensures comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing.
• Involves/drive improvement initiatives (Kanban) to move towards a SMART Factory.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or equivalent.
• At least 5 years' experience in Supply & Demand Planning and Order Fulfilment in Manufacturing Environment.
• Must have working experience using ERP (mainly Oracle or SAP).
• Strong Microsoft Excel (Vlook-up, simple Macros) with a fair amount of manual data entryrequirements daily.
• Experience in Microsoft Power BI system would be highly preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills with confidence to present to a big group of audiences (including Senior Management and Customers).
• Flexible to take early morning or late evening call with Internal Business Units in California, USA or Germany.
• High level of resiliency to handle ambiguous situations (e.g. Global supply shortage, production demand requirements).

Other Information:

• Working Location: Central.
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6.30pm.
• Critical: Due to the organization's affirmed support and commitment to developing a Singaporean core, this role is only available to Singaporeans.
