To assist Sales team in handling Project Development Management
Liaise with customers and factory on prompt delivery of samples and ensure projects are on schedule
Process Sales Documents
Process clients’ order with accuracy and efficiency
Liaise with inter department on client’s audit requirement and system input.
Prompt communicator on emails and customers’ queries
Correspondence with factory and client
Requirements:
GCE ‘N’ /’O’/ ‘A’ level/Diploma/ITE Graduate
Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant working experience. However, training will also be provided for those without the relevant experience.
Possess initiative, a team player and able to take pressure
Strong in communication skills
Ability to prioritize and organize daily work duties
Good customer care and administrative skills
Must be able to communicate both in English and Mandarin (so as to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and associates)
