Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing feedback from patients, with the aim of enhancing and improving patients’ experience, as well as the experience of their loved ones, at our hospital
- Manage challenging patient situations and organize the necessary resources in the effort to resolve the issues.
- Be part of a vibrant team in implementing patient experience related projects and programs in support of the Hospital's service culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with 2 years of work experience in events management, and/or customer service environment
- Able to explore problems and issues in depth and remain calm under difficult situation
- Ability to work well with people and in teams, and comfortable in engaging people at all levels
- Preferably with relevant healthcare experience
