- Reporting to: LMS Senior HR Manager - India & SEA.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with local team to provide operational expert HR advice to meet needs of the business and the individual needs of the employees in line with company policies and local legislations.
- Regular contact and work closely with Senior HR Manager for India & SEA, local management, Regional Business Unit Managers and HR teams at other Danaher sites.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations Support
- Hiring Support, Onboarding & Offboarding, Leave Management, Exits interviews.
- Vendor Management, Compensation input management.
- Executing Compliance Initiatives.
- Data Maintenance and HR record keeping.
- Knowledge of Workday & HRIS navigation.
- Part of the new initiative of the HR Projects like Danaher Go.
- Issuing various letters (e.g. Insurance, Visa, NOC, etc.).
- Managing associate queries regarding PF, policies.
Employee Engagement
- Coordinate and execute local engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate logistical elements of the engagement survey.
- Drive participation in the engagement survey.
- Keep action execution a priority throughout the year.
- Monitor & communicate progress of action plans.
HR Analytics & HRM
- Support on Data Analytics for Asia Pacific Region related to Engagement, Performance Management, C&B, Workday, Organization Structure, Data Hygiene, etc.
- Support execution of all HR processes in employee life cycle for Singapore & Regional (Performance Management, Talent Management, Recognition and Compensation & Benefits, etc.).
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant legislation, recommend improvement initiatives and conduct training as and when required.
- Maintain and strengthen HR documentation including policies and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvements.
Employee Relations
- Establish and maintain relationship with local management team and associates to stay abreast of HR related needs.
- Ensure all OH&S requirements are achieved, through proactive provisions of committees, education, and legal standards.
- Provide reactive and proactive ER/Support/Advice to employee grievance for all staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management.
- Minimum 5 years of HR Operations, Analytics and C&B Experience.
- Solid understanding of HRM practices and Employment laws.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to multi task in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Experience in HR Tools like Workday would be advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people.
- Positive, energetic and self-motivated.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups.
- Flexible and resourceful with a “Can do” attitude.
Other Information:
- Working Location: West.
- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
