- Our Client is a well-established Japanese MNC, a Manufacturer and Distributor of components for Factory Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring Parts, Tools and MRO.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and business targets.
- Handle queries through phone calls/emails and create sales opportunity through Tele-marketing.
- Ensure diligent follow up, negotiate and close sales with customers.
- Products promotion thru Tele-marketing, demonstrations and various marketing activities.
- Assist in management reports for analyzing, reporting and decision making.
- Develop long term relationship with customers.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and departmental KPIs.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing given tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant fields.
- At least 2 years' experience in Telemarketing and Indoor Sales for standard components in Mechanical, Electrical, and Cutting tools.
- Proficient in MS Office application, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Sales and result oriented.
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, resourceful, and ability to work independently.
- Disciplined, diligent and able to perform under pressure.
Other Information:
- Working Location: West.
- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm.
- Critical: Due to the organization's affirmed support and commitment to developing a Singaporean core, this role is only available to Singaporeans.
