• Our Client is a well-established Japanese MNC, a Manufacturer and Distributor of components for Factory Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring Parts, Tools and MRO.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales and business targets.
• Handle queries through phone calls/emails and create sales opportunity through Tele-marketing.
• Ensure diligent follow up, negotiate and close sales with customers.
• Products promotion thru Tele-marketing, demonstrations and various marketing activities.
• Assist in management reports for analyzing, reporting and decision making.
• Develop long term relationship with customers.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and departmental KPIs.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing given tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant fields. 
• At least 2 years' experience in Telemarketing and Indoor Sales for standard components in Mechanical, Electrical, and Cutting tools.
• Proficient in MS Office application, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Sales and result oriented.
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, resourceful, and ability to work independently.
• Disciplined, diligent and able to perform under pressure.

Other Information:

• Working Location: West.
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm.
• Critical: Due to the organization's affirmed support and commitment to developing a Singaporean core, this role is only available to Singaporeans.
