Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day maintenance services of electrical & Facility equipment’s in the process plant.
- Develop and implement routine maintenance and inspection schedule for facilities and execute (fire protection system, plant electrical equipment etc.) Preventive maintenance by co-ordinate with contractors at site.
- Manage general and plant facilities maintenance work like firefighting equipment, general maintenance of office and warehouse building (ACMV, Fire Alarm, PA & CCTV).
- Ensure Plant facilities are maintaining accordance with local regulations and requirements such as SCDF, BCA, NEA, MOM, EMA etc.
- Lead in the investigation/trouble-shoot of Electrical & Facility equipment fault or failure and provide effective and viable corrective and preventive action and improve reliability. (MCC, LV & HV Equipment’s, Motors, PLC operated systems & other plant facility equipment’s)
- Prepare long-term maintenance plan for plant Electrical & Facility Equip etc.
- Improving the Electrical & Facility long-term maintenance plan for equipment’s.
- Follow-up on maintenance spares receiving, issuing status and update.
- Assist on purchase request of maintenance work and spare parts. (Ensure Safety Stock).
- Manage annual shutdown maintenance (Work planning, Management of actual site work, Liaising with contractors and production group).
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation engineering or the equivalent.
- Min 5 years of experience as an E&I/ Facility Engineer in chemical plant with facility related works.
- Basic understanding of maintenance technology, electrical equipment, Facility equipment’s and manufacturing process.
- Good knowledge and hand-on experience with Electrical and PLC system & Fire detection and protection systems.
