Responsibilities:
- Provide relevant data, preparation of various management reports, support in the analysis & explanation of the business results, support in the Budget, Mid-Term Plan, Business Development activities and support the process of checking matters related to services provided by external parties
- Collate and check the data from various sections.
- Execute the process of product costing to be incorporated in P/L.
- Consolidate the information and prepare for the final P/L report.
- Support the analysis on financial target, especially on variances from benchmark figures.
- Support preparation for report to management
- Collate and check the data from various sections.
- Generate summary reports from SAP.
- Support the preparation of monthly reports for management meeting.
- Support the analysis on the result, especially on variances from benchmark figures.
- Gather invoices and prepare relevant information for verification.
- Coordinate with Accounting & Finance on re-billings
- Product costing activities
- Update monthly utilities file
- Support the insurance matters as assigned
- Collate necessary information and liaise with the insurance company.
- Maintain up-to-date policy documents.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
- 2 years of relevant working experience in Management Accounting and Product Costing.
- Possess SAP R/3 experience.
- Meticulous with logical thinking, excellent critical and analytical skill.
- Enjoy and be able to perform effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced working environment.
- Excellent communication skills, written, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
