Job Details

• Manage 2 profit centers 4401 (cartridges) & 4403 (housings) – product development, life cycle management, pricing strategy & decision, change management, supplier management, part number setup, inventory & safety stock. 
• Prepare proposals for water projects:
• Understand customer specifications & requirements
• Work with Engineering to get drawings & housing design that meets customer’s spec
• Check the cost with suppliers, supplying key design parameters
• Compile the proposal based on the drawings/cost, considering suitable margin & price to win business
• Include freight charge, incoterms, spares, warranties, or other terms if needed
• Work with Program Manager to prepare documents required by customer (installation manuals, ITP, datasheet, etc.) 
• Support Sales team with Technical enquiries regarding proposal.
• Work with Quality, Supplier Quality, Engineering and/or Application teams to address quality issues that arise, find root cause & implement corrective actions to closure with customer in timely manner.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Business.
• Good teamwork, communication skills, presentation skills.
• Experience in customer facing role, product management, sales/marketing, water treatment and composite materials a plus.
• Ability to work on problems that are complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making recommendations.
• Able to work under limited supervision, and complete assignments without established procedures
