What you will be working onThe officer shall lead the Digital Learning team to deliver high-quality digital learning content and upskill the public service workforce, via the following:
- Define, own, and evolve the strategy around the planning, development, management, and evaluation of digital learning content
- Oversee partnerships with public service agencies and institutes to co-develop and host their content on digital learning platforms
- Forge strategic engagements with established learning providers to acquire and curate relevant digital learning resources that meet the needs of the public service
- Develop and drive adoption of digital learning design best practices, uplifting design capabilities of internal and external partners to deliver high-quality content
- Identify and evaluate emerging trends and digital solutions to continuously improve learning experience
- Leverage data to derive actionable insights that can shape learning engagement strategies
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in designing, developing and implementing digital learning solutions and strategies, with at least 2 years in leading teams.
- Experience working with digital learning platforms and implementing digital learning at the workplace
- Good understanding of learning design principles and learning analytics
- Able to think strategically and work with stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable in managing dynamic and complex work situations
- Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
- Consulting and facilitation experience will be advantageous
