Perform monitoring, maintenance and upkeep facilities, electrical & plant equipment, air-conditioning and other building services.
Perform minor repair and rectification works on the above mentioned facility systems and equipment.
Perform Preventive and Corrective maintenance works as per schedule.
Perform routine safety inspection and ensure compliance to company policies, ISO standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
Liaise with various government agencies and contractors on plant facilities, licenses and ensure compliance to relevant regulatory requirements.
Liaise with contractors on rectification works, routine maintenance works, addition and alteration works.
Coordinate fire drill & annual building power shutdown with company users and building facility department.
Perform safety orientation to new employees.
Perform project and maintenance works quotation enquiries from contractors/vendors and supervise the contractors to meet the work requirements.
Prepare breakdown/incident reports and all the project documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma or ITC holders with related discipline and 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of the principal and practices of Facility systems and Engineering.
Able to work proactive, self-starter and independently.
Skill in Microsoft Work, Excel and PowerPoint
Prior experience working in semiconductor related manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
Experience in dealing with Government agencies in an added advantage
