- Our Client is a Public sector, in Education industry.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the operations of the Academy of Public Communications & Engagement.
- To enable public service officers to learn, unlearn and relearn, so as to support them in responding to the demands facing them in government communications.
- You will work alongside colleagues to deliver physical and digital, and synchronous and asynchronous learning interventions; and manage the end-to-end process from stakeholder/client engagement, design and implementation, marketing, and evaluation for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with stakeholders and training partners to organise programmes, forums and conferences.
- Organise and support an Expert Panel of communications practitioners.
- Engage with invited speakers, and with renowned international and local experts from academia and the public service.
- Plan and carry out marketing and promotional activities, and manage the database to enable this.
- Work with management to secure approval for budget, provide reports and workplans.
- Develop post-programme interventions to enable programme participants to continue to learn and do better at their workplaces.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree holder from a recognized University.
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar Learning and Development capacity.
- Fresh graduates with a keen interest in Learning and Development are welcome to apply.
- Adaptable and flexible, with an ability to respond to a dynamic and changing environment.
- Good analytical and communications skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team.
- Excellent inter-personal skills to engage and collaborate with external partners and learners.
- Experience in producing digital learning packages and events management is an advantage.
Other Information:
- Working Location: West.
- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
- Critical: Due to the organization's affirmed support and commitment to developing a Singaporean core, this role is only available to Singaporeans.
