Responsibilities

• Assist in contract administration to ensure a compliance with best practice.
• Liaise closely with M&E Consultant for design and tender.
• Check shop drawings and sample submissions to ensure that they comply with the contract documents.
• Specialised in Residential, Commercial or Hospitality Industry.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in related field. Experience in hotel projects is an added advantage.
• Good negotiation skills with contractors and suppliers.
