- Our Client is a well-established Firm, in the Fashion Retail industry.
- Software used: Unit 4.
Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of Payroll processing that is in compliance with Company policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain staff data in Unit 4 HRMS and personal files.
- Administer staff benefits and claims in accordance with Company policies.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly CPF payments, tax filing for local and Foreign employees.
- Submit NS make-up pay claims and all Government paid leave claims.
- Handle employees' queries on pay and benefits.
- Any projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
- Meticulous, analytical and eye for details.
- Good problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Other Information:
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio.
- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
- Critical: Due to the organization's affirmed support and commitment to developing a Singaporean core, this role is only available to Singaporeans.
