• Our Client is a well-established Firm, in the Fashion Retail industry.
• Software used: Unit 4.

Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of Payroll processing that is in compliance with Company policies and statutory requirements.
• Maintain staff data in Unit 4 HRMS and personal files.
• Administer staff benefits and claims in accordance with Company policies.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly CPF payments, tax filing for local and Foreign employees.
• Submit NS make-up pay claims and all Government paid leave claims.
• Handle employees' queries on pay and benefits.
• Any projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
• Meticulous, analytical and eye for details.
• Good problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Other Information:

• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio.
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
• Critical: Due to the organization's affirmed support and commitment to developing a Singaporean core, this role is only available to Singaporeans.
