On behalf of our Client who is a multi-international company in the Pharmaceutical industry, we are sourcing for a Data Engineer. The Engineer will be responsible for the scope of maintenance, enhancement of Data Intelligence Service platform and user support services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain existing Data Lake, ETL, Reporting environments, ensuring high quality performant data ingestion at scale
- Create and enhance above systems including custom programming, testing, patching
- Create and maintain documentation for codebase, knowledgebase
- Be proactive and keen to problem solving
- Enjoy working in a R&D innovative/less structured environment
- Ability to think and work out-of-box
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Linux Ubuntu / RedHat / Fedora
- Experience in Apache, nginx (as web server, socket server, redirect, rewrite, proxy, forwarder)
- Must have MSSQL experience
- Must have Python scripting experience
- Nice to have Bash / R / Javascript experience
- Nice to have InfluxDB experience
