• Our Client is a well-established Automotive Aftermarket MNC.
• Reporting to: Head of the Marketing Department.
• Strong experience in B2C e-Commerce and Online Marketing; from e-Commerce industry, Consumer Electronics and/or FMCG.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all e-Commerce activity in relation to A/B testing, content copywriting, creativity, conversion, sales, order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer inquiries.
• Develop and implement a framework to harmonize regional e-Commerce look and feel, monthly campaigns, online experience and internal processes.
• Be the brand custodian to ensure that pricing is consistent and competitive across our company’s e-Commerce platforms.
• Administer all activities and plans for e-Commerce projects by working with marketing and commercial teams to achieve financial objectives.
• Leverage online customer behavior data and analytics to drive customer acquisition, retention and growth.
• P/L responsibility for e-Commerce stores.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, and/or e-Commerce.
• Proven track record in B2C e-Commerce.
• Possess solid analytical thinking and e-Commerce frameworks.
• Experience with A/B testing, Adobe, data analytics, SEM/SEO and third-party e-Commerce.
• Strong commercial outlook with the ability to drive dynamic growth through e-Commerce.
• Works extremely well as a team member and excels as an individual contributor.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Other Information:

• Working Location: Jurong East.
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
• Critical: Due to the organization's affirmed support and commitment to developing a Singaporean core, this role is only available to Singaporeans.
