- Our Client is a well-established MNC, dealing with Laboratory Analytical instruments.
- Reporting to: ISEAA Marketing Manager and other Managers (Matrix reporting).
- Supporting ISEAA region, with emphasis on countries: India, Australia, Singapore, Taiwan.
- Exposure to digital marketing practices across SEO/SEM (Google AdWords), virtual event hosting platforms (i.e. WebEx) and email systems (i.e. Pardot) would be highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- As the first technical interaction between a prospective Customer and the Company.
- Acting as an important link between Marketing and Sales, enabling improvements in Sales and Marketing effectiveness, Sales and Marketing alignment and communications in a B2B environment.
- Qualifies the sales readiness of all potential sales prospects, qualify incoming leads and distribute them according to established rules and guidelines.
- Qualified sales leads will be converted to opportunities and passed to the Field Sales team and some may be managed internally by the Inside Sales group.
- Ensure the data collected during a qualification is accurately entered into systems. This data should be entered in a detailed fashion that is compatible with established data analysis techniques.
- Collaborate with other functional areas like Account Managers, Technical Specialists, Customer Support, Applications, Database Administrators, Marketing, and Upper Management. These interactions are often focused on moving sales opportunities forward and/or learning of new sales opportunities to pursue.
- Support Marketing activities within the region - coordinating and promotion of local Marketing events, translation and localization of content, web and digital marketing to drive traffic and conversions on Website.
- Maintains and build upon the professional image of the Company.
- Works closely with Manager and stakeholders to implement the specific strategy to drive business.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
- At least 6 or more years of relevant Sales/Inside Sales and Marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Experience in Salesforce.
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal; bilingual in Chinese (able to read/write fluently in Traditional Chinese) to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders/customers.
- Excellent business writing skills which would be include, but is not limited to, conversing with potential customers to establish a mutually beneficial dialogue, writing email responses, maintaining information in a database, and preparing reports.
- Technical savvy; must be able to understand the technologies offered by the Company and relate them to the proposed applications of potential customers.
- Good understanding of the physical sciences.
- Exposure to digital marketing practices across SEO/SEM (Google AdWords), virtual event hosting platforms (i.e. WebEx) and email systems (i.e. Pardot) would be highly preferred.
- Attention to details.
- Business savvy and self-motivated. Resourceful in generating interest for our solutions.
- Willingness to learn and try new Marketing and Sales initiatives to drive engagement within the region.
- Ability to multi-task and self-manage, working across different departments and countries both locally and within Global headquarters.
Other Information:
- Working Location: East.
- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm.
- Critical: Due to the organization's affirmed support and commitment to developing a Singaporean core, this role is only available to Singaporeans.
