UI/ UX designer to join their setup of Innovation lab “Launchpad” to drive innovative solutions and value-add to client and bank

Responsibilities:

• Contribute in design, research and testing
• Liaise with product owners to understand users needs and improve their experience  
• Develop and design wireframes and prototypes to illustrate solutions
• Communicate and recommend ideas to stakeholders on UI/UX design and research initiatives
• Design mobile and web experiences
• Manage projects & vendors, and deliver work within scheduled deadlines

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder with 2-5 years of UX/UI designing experience, preferably in Financial Instituition
• Knowledge in UI/UX and design software tools (Adobe, Illustrator and Sketch)
• Experience with working in an Innovation Lab is an advantage
• Familiar with business processes, process design, and process re-engineering
• Strong conceptual, interpersonal and communication skills
