Our client is a reputable Shipping MNC. In view of expansion, they are currently seeking a suitably qualified candidate to join them as " Assistant/Manager (HRIS & Shared Services)".

As part of the HR Information System & Shared Services team, you will work with HR teams and business units to ensure the effective daily operation of the company’s HRIS, implementations of new processes, dashboards,  reports and letters  to support business growth and activities. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in HR /IT or relevant field.
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in HRIS role with a global firm
• Prior experience in implementation of global HR system a prerequisite
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Good working knowledge of HR processes, best practices and labour laws to ensure HRIS meets organisation needs
• A team player who is self-driven and results focus
