Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Equity, Fixed Income & Total Return portfolios
• Production of dividends and coupons on different instruments
• Instrument coverage includes equities, bonds, CFDs, Repos and loans
• Timely posting of all corporate events, reconcile cash and stock entitlements
• Investigate reconciliation exceptions relating to Corp Act events
• Resolve queries and provide support to FMs
• Testing of new processes and other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder with at least 5 years of corporate actions processing, preferably with experience in handling complex events
• Knowledge in Corporate Actions SWIFT messages, Bloomberg/Telekurs/ or similar
• Understanding of proxy voting workflow an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving skills
• Independent and self-motivated
• Numerate and meticulous
