Responsibilities
- Responsible for recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding for junior to middle level positions, application/renewal/cancellation of work passes, daily HR guidance to employees
- Liaise with MOM and govt agencies on work pass related issues
- Review payroll, income tax returns and CPF
- Support annual staff planning budget, appraisal, salary review exercises, and manage all training and development initiatives
- Assist in HR reports and government surveys submission
- Assist with the implementation and monitoring of all HR policies and initiatives to support the business unit's growth
- Any other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- Degree holder in HRM or related disciple, with at least 5 years' of HR generalist experience
- Payroll processing (full cycle including the tax returns) experience preferred
- Knowledge of CEP/CPD training requirements, TimeSoft/ Workday is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and knowledge
- Meticulous, organized
- Good interpersonal, communication and time management skills
