Responsibilities
- Daily support to the IT and logistics team relating to facilities service calls, requests, queries, feedback or complaints.
- Determine repair needs on office facilities, schedule and supervise the maintenance work and check on installation and servicing office equipment
- Manage the renovation needs, workplace reshuffling and shifting requirements, seating plan and allocation of office space, office logistics inventory, asset management, storage and equipment, furniture and other infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with local regulations on fire safety and office physical security
- Verify invoices on facility management services and provide vendor procurement support
- Manage rental agreement, insurance plan and service contract
- Adhoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/ degree holder with 3 or more years’ logistics manager experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, and logistics software (autocad)
- Strong problem-solving, organizational skills, communication & interpersonal skills
