Middle office role- Client Service Network Officer, supports validation & delivery of client’s instructions/ documents and operational queries
Responsibilities
- Perform verification of client’s instructions and callback for High Risk Transactions
- Ensure timely delivery of client’s instructions/documents between two processing locations (SG and HK)
- Process account closure and related requests
- Support quarterly Periodical Fee processing and front office on operational queries,
Requirements
- Degree holder with 3 or more years’ of related banking experience
- Experience in back office functions/ in call centre and/or call back is an advantage
- Knowledge of asset transfer is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, preferably with Macros and Visual Basic knowledge
- Meticulous, with strong time management, organizational skills, communication & interpersonal skills
