Our client is a leader in Laser Solutions and Photonics Technology .  Reporting  to the Digital Transformation (Manufacturing) Head in Singapore.

The role requires to lead and manage Digitalization in Automation, Connectivity and Intelligence for Company , Shop floor and Facility levels:

• Participate with Internal stakeholders to define project scope, goals and track deliverables interms of schedule, costs, methods and resources
• Interface and provide support to cross-functional teams (Operations, QA, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and internal support units)
• Support in design/specification reviews , risk mitigation and managing uncertainties during project implementation
• Manage external solution provider to achieve project goals within the stipulated timeline
• Research and recommend industry new solutions/technologies

Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering/Computer science.
• Candidate possesses a Master’s degree/ Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics or Advanced Manufacturing / Technology related disciplines will be an added advantage
• Current or prior experience in a highly automated manufacturing environment leveraging on cobots/smart vision quality inspection/warehouse storage & retrieval automation/end to end real-time visualization
•  Good software application skills such as Power Automate/Power Apps/ Excel VBA/RPA/
• Must have C-Language , VB.net, Labview programming skills 
• Working Knowledge in Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
