Responsibilities

• Lead the team to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of packaging conveyors.
• Plan and supervise inhouse contractor’s E&I and Mech work
• Coordinate & Work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure E&I and Mech jobs executed to the agreed functionality.
• Monitoring the compliance of permit to work requirements and ensure the own personal safety, act responsibly and respectfully at all the times to protect contractor’s safety
• Review MSRA of all maintenance activities and ensure fallow during actual maintenance work.
• Create and maintains maintenance documents like electrical wiring, Procedures, drawings.
• Monitor the packaging section equipment’s running performance and identify the issues
• Propose continuous improvement ideas to reduce time and Prepare & Present CAPEX, MOC and NRW documents.
• Maintain inventory control for E&I and Packaging section spares.
• Troubleshoot & rectify Electrical/Control and PLC related issues.
• Carry out conveyor test run and Handover to Production team after each maintenance activities
• Maintain Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and mechanical equipment’s includes various type of sensors Conduct daily inspection of conveyor and Hydraulic equipment’s
• Maintain Metal detectors and weighers
• Carry out packaging robot’s maintenance inspection.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrument/Automation/Mechatronics.
• 5 years’ experience working in process plant maintenance as specially Packaging conveyors.
• Strong focus on conveyor automation maintenance.
• Having good knowledge on PLC maintenance and packaging systems.
